Lead Developer for Community Marketplace.

Woo! An extremely crucial and rewarding role has become available within our team of 5. Our previous PHP Senior Programmer has retired due to health issues therefore we would like to replace him for someone on a full time basis. We are an online community marketplace that brings together the brightest and most innovative thinkers around the world; customer satisfaction is our middle name. As the Lead Developer you will be in charge off assuring that our software is running as smoothly as possible. Therefore you will be responsible for all aspects to-do with our softwares operation, improvement, management and quality. Work Scope. > Script version control and up-grades. > Script code changes and improvements. > Collaborate with our internal sales team & customers to resolve bug finds. > Liaison with script developer for bug finds and recommends future software enhancements. > Manage quality and testing of new enhancements or changes. > Manage 3rd party programmers and software changes. > Manage and refine all aspects of server and security related tasks. What experience you need: > PHP programming experience. > MySQL & Linux Database experience. > Project management experience. > Excellent English knowledge. We will like for you to be available on MSN and Skype during work hours. Work hours will be from 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday during AEST, GMT+10 times. Please quote your monthly rate. We would expect you to be a quicker learn and hit ground running, you will be self motivated and result orientated. Provide previous work experiences and work samples.
