MicroBlogging Website with Drawing Utlity

I want to create a microBlogging Website. - Users can make short postings - Users can draw stuff within the website to post as their microblog posting (I want a `Paint`` software utility within the site for users to draw stuff) each posting and or drawing the user makes other users can: (thumb up, thumb down) (add to favorites) (follow the poster) (dashboard view will show all the users I am following and their latest posts) (re-share, re-post to their posting list similar to twitter function) (interconnected to, facebook, twitter, linkedin, google +)(one post on our site shows up in all your other accounts with a link and title to the post) When users make a text post they can choose from different artistic fonts, colors and size to make their mirco post look like a mini art word of their word posting For the drawings they make, other users can make edits of the drawing and repost it under their microblog Users can set their own website extension ([login to view URL]) all drawing postings will have their own web title ((websitename.com/username/posting+title) ------------------------------ - Bidding on this project must be an experience programming team. - With experience in creating blogs or micro blogs sites - Have to be able to create a ``Paint`` program within the site for users to use and draw on and post into the site and show up as a picture ------------------------------- Milestone payment only Last milestone payment will only be release after site is uploaded onto my server and fully tested that it works 100% according to the plans and specs
