NDOT Deals Customization

This work is for customising NDOT Deals premium script. Workers with experience with NDOT deals and Paypal Adaptive payments kindly bid. Two customizations are required :- 1.) Integrate Paypal Chained Payment (Part of Paypal Adaptive Payment System) :- Currently the script uses a Paypal NVP capture and charges buyer when minimum quantity is met. These funds are send to the site owners account where he can disburse it based on fund request from merchant. This needs to be changed to Paypal adaptive chained payment where a split payment happens - When a buyer purchases a coupon , a fixed percent of the total say 90% goes to the merchant and 10% is sent to the site owner instantly on every purchase. Buyer should see it as a single Payment. 2.) HTTPS for Log in :- Currently the script does not have HTTPS for secure login , this function needs to be added to relevent pages that need a login. Admin Page should have a flag to enable/disable HTTPS Paypal work to be done at your own local development environment and verified with Paypal Sandbox.
