Plan the Work Then Work the Plan

I want to provide simple blog sites to disabled persons. The disabled persons are shut in and are not internet savvy, and one must assume to to age, education, and disability that they cannot do anything other than read and write by traditonal mail. The goal is to establish a website for each person where family and friends can visit and post to the sites (as we all know, those more savvy are persons linked by smart phone and this is natural to them). I want designed a system where I can monitor all posts, and delete inappropriate posts or spam and I want information to be posted available to be approved as to form and content before it goes online. (You know about blog trolls. Some are rude and I want oversight). I want any posts or comments by me to be able to be forwarded by U.S. mail to the disabled person with self addressed stamped envelopes. Above is my basic vision. I now need the concept designed on paper. Once approved we will move to prototype, and from prototype to testing and then to mass production of the sites. I believe Google Apps may be a good platform or Wordpress. I may need to have a domain name to house the system but the key is that I am the editorial board for all sites and that an interface be made to function with email to snail mail.
