Redisign & Remake a webseite

It is about improving and remaking an existing webseite with the same functionality ,and redisign. The seite is similar to a carsharing webseite but with some specific needs. The agreed project milestones and timelines muss have to be respected. In the first step which will be finisch within 5 days after the start of the project some bugs will have to be fixed in the existing webseite in order to assure that the platform is working and in the second step the new one will have to be developped and muss have to be finished after one month.
