Simple website to help sort products into categories '

The point of this project is to create a basic website which my employees will use to quickly sort our products into their proper categories. I have between 50,000 to 80,000 products in a msyql database on my computer. I can export that data to a server according to the project's needs. I would like you to create a website which will take my employees through the products, one at a time. They will select from a list of categories that I will input. They will click on a category for each product, and that will link the product to the selected category in our database. They will then move on to the next product. The goal is to make the process as FAST as possible for the employees so they can get through the many products as soon as possible. Some things I will need: - The products already have general categories. You should first sort the products by the already "existing categories" and then by product name (so that similar products show up in order). Then give each product a number for this order for use in THIS project (they already have a random db number). - As the site admin I would like to link MY very specific categories to the already existing categories . For example: a "general category" would be "Spices" and I would enter my list of more specific categories like "Salt", "Pepper", etc. under the "general category" of "Spices. Then, for every product shown under "Spices" it would show my list from which the employees will choose. Note: My data currently has 3 levels of categories, but they are far too general. I also have three levels of categories, and they are very specific. We must work to make the data/categories line up with my website's needs. Each added product category should be given an integer in the database. - There should be an admin panel for me. I'd like to be able to assign products to each employee account. For example I could say products number 100 - 300 for employee A. I would like to be able to add employees usernames and passwords for their account. Employees should only have access to products assigned to them. - I don't care much about design. This is just for use for getting the job done so it doesn't have to look beautiful. It just has to be functional with an emphasis on allowing the employees to get through the products VERY FAST. - You must show each product's name, size, photo, etc. on the screen (data is provided in the db files I have). You must show buttons or links next to each categories name. The employee will click to choose that category and that will automatically save and take them to the next product. If the employee can't find the correct category on the list shown on the screen, they should be able to look at all categories in the db in the easiest/fastest way possible. Allow the user to go back if they make a mistake. Also allow them to flag products they don't know the answer to for the admin to take care of. - The data must be easy to export and use for my commercial website. The data must be clean and ready to use once my employees go through each product. This is a fairly simple project but I want somebody who understands the goals and who will do the job accurately.
