C & M Supplies - Complete website design

Hello, Im looking to have what i would class as a simple/basic website designed.? My business is supplying wholesale fragrences and skincare products. Firstly let me say that i have a basic knowledge of HTML and can alter the general layout of pages etc.. All pages have to be designed so that should i want to update the general content i.e pics and text i would be able to. All pages have to have links back to all other pages. The website has to have the following or something similar:- Home - This needs to display a company logo (Not yet designed ?) and at lest two areas for scrolling pictures. Each area to utilise four different pictures. (these basically give a visual advert of what we supply). This page is to also house contact details i.e phone number and email address. Furthermore there needs to be an area for tabs/buttons to the rest of the site, namely a) Home, b) Open Trade Account, c) About, d) Products, e) Distribution, f) Contact, g) My Account. Open Trade Account - This is a form fill page where by companys or people can enter their details and then submit them to me for basic approval and the opening of an account. This page also needs to have an option for the downloading of the following PDF's, which i can supply a) Account Application Form, b) Terms and Conditions. The form needs to have at least the following 1)First Name, 2)Last Name, 3)Company Name, 4)Address, 5)Phone Number, 6)Fax Number, 7)Email, 8)Website, 9)How do you currently sell (drop down box with options a) Retailer, b)Online Retail, c)Multiple Retailer, d)Wholesaler, e)Ebay Retailer) , 10)How is your company incorporated(drop down box with options a) Not yet established, b)PLC, c)Sole Trader, d)Limited Company). and of course a Request Account button . About - Speaks for its self really a place where i can place some speil about the business and me. Also a place for at least two pictures. Products - To have area for a some information on the products we supply as well as an area for at least one picture. Distribution - Again to consist of an area for information on our delivery options and partner agiencies i.e TNT etc and also an area for a picture. Contact - To consist of all our contact information and also a form with (Captcha) so that web contact can be made. *************************** Now the interesting bit *************************** My Account - Effectively a login in screen. To consist of a buttom or similar so that if people forget their details they can be re-emailed out to them. And of course the entry qualifiers a)Email, b)Password and of course a submit button. The following screen should then show the following a) Price List and Order Form, b)Order History (not overly fussed through), c)Change Password, d) Log Out Price List and Order Form - This will show my current complete inventory, which I need to be able to update from a CSV file or excel spreadsheet easily. It is also the place where people can place orders, so it needs to be form like, so next to the required product they can enter a quantity. once completed There needs to be a Finish Order button, which when pressed somehow checks the total order price against a set minimum order value and emails the order with unique order number to the customer and to me. Or a similar way so we both have the full order details etc. Order History - To show previous orders either by Order number or similar. Change Password - Self explanatory. Log Out - Self explanatory. ** At this stage the processing of payment could be done away from this site.
