Templatic Video theme expert for small budget

I have a templatic theme using video website. I need the video thumb nail should be retrieve from photo bucket image instead of uploading in featured image field. Because uploading images to website server the site is becoming slow. The video category page is showing 10 videos. I want it should show more than 10 Latest video widget titer should be work as a link. I am a developer also. So i know this is a work of 30 minutes for exp one. I can invest $10 only.
