Web Directories Design and Database

We are Promotion company based in NY. Looking for freelancers or small companies to outsource design of 5 directory design and DB development. Kindly keep the following in mind before bidding - 1) I need 3 templates (1 homepage, 1 inner page and 1 submission form page. All templates should be adsense ready. 2) I need the database developed in php preferably. 3) I need precise DB development with features available in PHPLD3 ([login to view URL]) -- please refer to these features. 4) The DB will be in MySQL. Important : The DB you develop and design will be entirely my copyright property. This project needs to complete in 10 days. Payment through escrow only. I need a quote for 5 directories (If you are an expert you will know that you will have to design the DB only once and duplicate it 4 times - you will just need to design 5 different sets of template). Such DB and template are available for a total of 75 $. So i expect the bid to be lower or equal to it and not above 75 $. Thanks. Leon
