C# Consulting - West Michigan USA

Our company has designed an application for the horticultural industry using Borland's Delphi. We plan to rewrite the entire system for .Net, probably using Visual Studio C#. We're looking for a consultant to help our developer's get this project rolling with the least amount of wasted time and effort. I imagine this would best be handled at an hourly rate, so please let us know your rates and experience. We could meet in person, or via PC Anywhere or GoToMeeting. We'd actually prefer in person for the first few sessions.
