Create a software

I need to create a software. Here's the list of things that this software should do. Step 1: Add a list of keywords to the software. Step 2: Software goes out and pulls the content from the internet based on the keywords specified in step 1. Step 3: It automatically uploads the content (random timing) to my site or my blog. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
