CRM Integration

We are setting up a new telephony client which runs on a Windows XP machine and we need to build the software/driver for integrating with a CRM system (Siebel or Microsoft or Oracle). We dont have access to a live CRM system during this time. Here is what is need: - We need someone familiar with at least one of the above CRM systems to tell us what kinds and levels of integration may be necessary. If you are a novice, then it may not help. - We need to familiarize with the driver/software infrastructure to do this integration. Our telephony client will communicate with this software which will then communicate with the CRM system - this is our understanding. Note that we are looking in this bid to simply get educated. There will be a follow own project bid to actually do the software/integration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
