Database File Generation

I currently have a website driven by “os commerce??. The catalog is full of spelling errors etc. I have corrected these problems and placed them in a word document. I need the word document imported into a database. The price and quantity are in a separate spreadsheet and I need to import those into the new database that needs to be made from the word document. The word document and the spreadsheet share common product numbers and should not be a big problem. I need a program that takes each product in the database and puts the title, product number, description, quantity, and price into a HTML template I have. Then save each product as its product#.html. This program needs to take the products from the catalog database and input that information into individual html files for each product. The system needs to save these “static?? html pages and name them after the product number ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). See attached zip file for a longer description Attached is also a sampler of my current word document of products ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This can be done in any language that I can easily run from Windows XP PRO. Nothing needs to run on a webserver. I only need a program that substitutes variables in my HTML files and saves them as unique file names based on one of the variables. I will generate my static html files from the database and program then upload them by hand.
