Delphi unit that interfaces to most common e-mail programs

We need an interface to the following e-mail programs. Outlook Express 5+ Outlook 2000+ FireBird Others e-mail apps would be nice Outlook Express/2000+ is a must. FireBird would be nice. The interface - either a Delphi unit with a clean interface - OR - a C/C++ as long as it is delivered with a DLL style interface The Interface MUST at lease have the following features: - Traverse all e-mail folders returning subjects, dates etc (as many properties of each e-mail as possible. At least date received, size and subject AND a handle of somekind to each e-mail must be returned. - Save an (specified by the above handle) e-mail to a file or buffer. Format not important - Restore each e-mail from a file or buffer Features that would be nice to have: - Save (backup) all properties of the current e-mail account to a file (account settings like mailservers, passwords etc) - Load (restore) the above All interfaces must work with the current user on Windows 9x/2K/XP. Must work regardless of the e-mail program is active or not. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 9x/ME/2K/XP
