Interactive Multiple Choice Quizzes & Exams (670618)

Create an interactive subject review program on CD for down loading to my student's PC. It would permit several thousand (2 to 3) multiple choice questions with 4 distracters (A,B,C,D) an explanation for the correct answer, and a large Glossary of terms to which the correct answer would be linked. Some questions or answers may have algebraic formulas included. It was not WEB based. Updates would be provided on CD for current & future students. Content selections "Random Review" (would have neither specific chapter or topic reference), “Topic Specific??, “Chapter Specific?? or one of several Final Exams. The Quizzes would be graded # right & # Wrong and a final score requiring a 75% for passing. The Random Selected questions would provide instant right / wrong feedback with the correct answer linked to an explanation. The Final Exams would pick 100 or 150 (the number picked would depend on the subject matter) random questions and be timed (Max time 3 hrs) and graded with 75% correct for passing. After grading, questions with the wrong distracter picked could be selected and would have the correct selection linked to an explanation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Run on Windows 2K /XP
