Kiosk Application Software

I am looking for a programmer to write an application software program for a kiosk touchscreen system that will be used primarily for people to blog on. I have written a business plan for an innovative new product that will be introduced to the travel industry based primarily in Europe. Unfortunately, I do not know much about building a website or writing software. I need someone that will be willing to work with me on developing my concept. Once I have a working prototype and have tested the concept there will be opportunity for a lot more work. To your comments: as far as a virtual keyboard I am not sure that I want to go that route the reason being that people may be writing entire paragraphs somewhere in the range of 100-300 words at a time and as far as I know using a virtual keyboard is not as efficient as using a standard keyboard. If I have the wrong perception of virtual keyboards please let me know. My concept requires that users be able to use the kiosk to blog on. Those entries must then be able to be transfered to a website where anyone can view them. Users can view all entries submitted either on my website or on the kiosks themselves. Users will not be able to blog on my website unless they are using one of my kiosks which will be placed in various public locations throughout Europe. Since I dont have advanced computer software skills Im not sure what it would require to do something like this. I would like my users to be able to leave handwritten, typed, or video blogs.
