Online Comment Card/Survey System

The successful bidder must be familiar with ASP.NET, MS SQL and .NET Charting Component. (visit [login to view URL] for info. on our component) You must also have access to "MS SQL Admin tools" such as MS Enterprise, or something similar. We require an online comment card system that will interact with our .Net Charting Component allowing us to generate charts and reports based on information submitted. Currently, we have such a system in place but it is in a password protected area of our website. We would now like to expand our options and have the ability to provide an unsecured comment/survey area. (Surveys/comment cards will be available to the general public in a basic .html or .aspx format) We deal with various clients so when we originally create a survey, we would like to be able to customize the look of the survey page by adding a particular client's logo, company information, etc. We also need the ability for both the new comment card area AND our original protected area, to expand on our capabilities with the .Net charting component. Currently, we are able to generate reports by inputting "from and to" date fields, specifying a particular client's branch, or reporting on all branches owned by a client. We now want to implement the ability to do: -month to month comparison (showing the performance of all branches under a client, and also showing the performance of one to multiple branches against each other) -year to year comparison (showing the performance of all branches, and also showing the performance of one to multiple branches against each other) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and Canada Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Windows (all versions) ASP.Net MS SQL knowledge of .Net charting component
