My budget is between $30-50 for this. (hopefully enough but that is what I have to work with). I have a plain html/css template here: [login to view URL] I need someone to convert it to a wordpress theme. I want the navigation/logo to stay in the same place and the theme should be compatible with major browsers (firefox, ie, chrome). The wordpress widgets/categories etc should go in the left sidebar, and the content in the main content area. If the project is done early or on time I will pay a small bonus at the end as well.
