Move Site & Large DB From 1 Server 2 other 1 DAY sql

Looking for a provider with great experience with database / CMS / MSQL seeking a PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCED provider to move a very LARGE word / buddy press site. You job will be to take all of the data from one server and bring it over to another. It will be REQUIRED that all of the content is functioning and available. The database is VERY large and will require someone with great SKILL. The escrow will be provided in full but NOT released until everything is fully functional and operational with all of the content working and accessible to the user.
