WordPress Replica Project- repost

We are in need of a Web Developer who can CREATE AN EXAXT REPLICA of our current Word Press website to a new web host. We have been unable to access the back admin to the web host to make any changes to the word press website. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1.) The previous web designer DID NOT give us admin control to the C-Panel or Word Press Admin. We also do not have access to FTP. 2.) WE DO have a standard wordpress login to the backend and THATS IT. 3.) We will need this delivered within 7 days Website is: [login to view URL] If you can CREATE/COPY the wordpress website, there are a few things we will need to update that the previous developer did not do: 1.) Allow to rotate info (See [login to view URL]) a.) These rotating placeholders should allow for these types of rotating info: i.) Testimonials ii.) News iii.) Events b.) Allow this rotating placeholder to be added to all subpages 2.) Allow for drop down menus instead of the menu being underneath the photo of each page 3.) Remove "Website Design by Spinbox" 4.) Add a function for getting directions where you type in address and Google maps will give you the directions a.) Update map photo so it is not a static image 5.) Link the newsletter sign up to our mail chimp account 6.) Make sure Google Analytics has migrated as well in code
