Code PSD to wordpress theme (Opal)

See the attached screenshot for the labels and instructions **It will be the chosen coders responsibility to install fully functioning theme on our server and set up the pages to reflect the attached screenshot.** ~ Design was created in Adobe Fireworks then saved as PNG and PSD, both r provided. ~ Code this PSD into Tableless CSS and XHTML strict ~ CSS and XHTML codes for all pages must be valid ~ Compatible with the latest wordpress version ~ Widget Ready theme ~ Theme must fit all popular screen resolutions with no left scrolling) ~ Must be compatible with ie, firefox, opera and all major browsers ~ Graphics must remain the same crisp quality ## Deliverables 1 (Red): Logo image should be one image and have an image rollover to a 50% opacity 2 (Yellow): Current page link should change to white when mouseover and other white links should change to the color that HOME has when mouseover. Links are text links and i should be able to use the WP menu option to modify them 3 (Red): Each of the 4 image boxes should be an individual image and they should fade in separately.
