Downlinebuilder (ruby on rails)

The purpose is to build a downlinebuilder. An example of a downlinebuilder is Refer Club Downline Builder but with some additional features. It should have most of the features of RCDBS([login to view URL]) + paid members module([login to view URL]). There are some additional features which are explained in the pdf. (No asp or aspx, jsp) When using Ruby -> the Ruby On Rails application framework) When using PHP -> Akelos ([login to view URL]) or CodeIgniter or CakePHP) [login to view URL] or SQLite. (Good database normalization and naming) 3.100% Crossbrowser and Crossplatform (should work on Apple Macs)1. [login to view URL] CSS layout (No table layout unless for tabular data). 5.Hackersafe. (No sessionstealing or SQL insertion attacks should be possible, also prevention of inserting bad data in the database by form/data validation) [login to view URL] of cookies for retaining userinfo. [login to view URL] of Ajax is ok if it makes sense. [login to view URL] use of Flash, Active X or Java. (Javascript of course is allowed). [login to view URL] safe urls [login to view URL], well commented code (good seperation of content, layout and code & light on resources and bandwith) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
