MOVABLETYPE PROGRAMMER NEEDED

Hi, I'm the webmaster for a 3 yr old real estate blog in Reno. ? I need someone who is familiar with movabletype blogging platform.? Perhaps if you're familiar with Wordpress you can also handle the job. The site is already set up and being used.? But I need a programmer by my side to do the 100 little? tweaks (and some big)? to bring my site to where i want it to be.? Ex: let's put an RSS feed in the upper right corner.? Let's add links to the front page.? Let's add a shopping cart.? Let's add a page from the home page etc.. I pay fair and ON TIME.? But in return I expect someone who will be dependable and timely.
