New site coded in php/mysql

Please see attached document for more details. This is a large project requiring the use of a team of coders with excellent php, mysql and design skills. Coders must have top 300 rankings in RAC, no coders from India will be selected. Must have experience building custom sites. Coders will take layout of my existing website, [login to view URL], which uses the smarty template system and was coded in php/mysql and create an entirely new website at www.linkchaos.com. [login to view URL] will be all about myspace generators. I would like selected coders to research this site: [login to view URL] and clone all of the tools on that page for use on my site. However, you will also be responsible for designing new look and feel of tools, creating new icons, etc. see attached document for more information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
