SOAP integration in Magento

We are looking to integrate a new distributor in our current Magento installation. Our new distributor's webservices uses SOAP requests for the major functions "Price/Availability, Order processing, Expense request, Product Specification" We would like to have an extension that can do the following: Show "Price/Availability" on frontend when requested by customer for the products held by this distributor. Be able to process orders directly in Magento Backend Be able to request Expenses from backend Be able to fetch product specification and create a product from available information We already have these coded for other distributors so it should be easy to replicate.
