Build an android and a IOS application from scratch.

I want my WooCommerce Website to be transformed into an android application with Material Design and an IOS application with an elegant and modern design. I want all the features present on my website to be present on the application. Like: 1) A quick view with a smooth transaction 2) Ajax Pagination 3) Login Area with order information 4) Shopping cart and other essential Ecommerce Features. 5) Splash Screen 6) Push Notification. 7) A Control Panel Of Shorts If possible for us to administer some minor changes like slider images and featured products, Etc.
