Build me a PDF tracking Web Application--1

I need a Web App to be built from scratch which can be used to share PDF/Word/Excel/PPT files. The user registers, pays and then upload the files in my site. Then the user can generate a unique link and share it to others as per his choice by email (from inside the site). The user will have the option to limit the number of views of files, block download and print, customize the PDF top bar with his own logo or color, fix a date for link expiry, password protect the document so that others getting the link of the document also needs password, disallow further forwarding, insert chat wideget, survey widget inside document, let only one user view/download the document at the same time, revoke access of document at any time, ability to update the document even after sending it, check document opening/downloading date and time, track how long it was read and Add UTM codes to links and track your sources. WE MAY USE WORDPRESS AS CMS AND WORDPRESS PREMIUM THEME FOR SITE DESIGN. I NEED the CODING DONE in 10 DAYS because it will take more time to test it. Code should be CLEAN and well-commented and easy to update later. I NEED FULL WEB APP/SITE SOURCE CODE and I NEED FULL LICENSE OF THE SOURCE CODE. I might need your help to deploy it on the server.
