I want to create a wordpress plugin for a signup form (a sample of the current form is attached) - once the wordpress plugin is installed a shortcode can then be used to implement the signup form anywhere on the wordpress website easily. I have the signup form in a rudimentary stage - the form needs to be altered so that it is responsive in nature and does not rely on hard coded sizes as it is currently and it should look something similar to the form see on [login to view URL] Once it is designed using responsive CSS I want it converted in to a wordpress plugin so that the form can be called using a shortcode.
