Custom Development for excising Wordpress Plugin

I am in need of a skilled developer to customise an existing Wordpress plugin by adding a new feature. The project needs to be completed within a tight timeline of 1 week and my budget for this project is less than $250. The problem: Our WooCommerce store requires customers to upload large images to every order. We use these images for printing and require the full size unchanged original image. Due to the size of the images when we create packaging slips (via woo backend) for orders, it causes a critical error (possibly due to time limit or max CPU usage.) I would like a custom function to resize the images to a smaller size before the PDF is created. The original image MUST stay unchanged during this process.
