GPS Trucking software Issue Fix

Hello I need someone who has better experience on programming language. Its not a gig issue. I have the raw code and the software. All the functions is working well but when user search the data it shows 10 times by rows the same data, May be there are ny mistakes on code. Its a 5 minute job who has the right experience .
