Integrate Phabricator issue tracker with PHPStorm IDE

Looking for someone to assist with integrating Phabricator Maniphest issue tracking with local PHPstorm IDE installation using PHPstorm's built in Generic Task Server utility. I found a similar integration written in python, but it hasn't been updated in a couple years and I'd prefer to have any dependencies written in php instead of py.
