Magento CE 1.9.1.1 with Authorize.net Direct Post - Randomly Will Not Submit Order - Ajax Icon Just Keeps on Spinning

I am having problems when customers unable to submit the order on 2 of my websites. It happens when customer choose [login to view URL] Direct Post method of payment. Some customers were able to complete the order and some customers were NOT able to when they click the "Place Order" button. The wheel (AJAX icon) just keeps on spinning and shows no sign of success. When I was tracking the customer's through the backend, Customers > Online Customers, they always get stuck at this step [login to view URL] (see screenshots). This error happens randomly. I have 2 Magento Websites and both of them having the same problem. Both websites have identical Extensions installed and similar setup. A developer should be able to track the Magento logs, locate the problems, solve and fix all the issues and incompatibilities, and ensure BOTH (2) of the websites should be functioning normally on all Browsers for Desktop Computers and Mobile Devices. If you're an Magento expert and able to solve this issue, please message me with your detail proposal. A full milestone will be awarded once the issues have been resolved and able to checkout on all browsers for both websites.
