Matlab Image Analysis Coding Required

Hi Everyone, Please see the link below to understand the project: [login to view URL] Next, once you have seen the video, please see the 3 milestones that we will be working with: $100 – Cold condition side view $100 – June 2015 Single plume side view $100 – May 2016 Single plume side view (Any bids more than this amount will not be accepted) The description about what each milestone includes has been explained in the "what needs to be done" attachment. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PROJECT: Although you will have to write code, there is the original creator of this code who will be there to help you understand the old code, parameters and ask any questions at any time. You must be able to work full time. You must be happy to work using teamviewer as I need you to access the files and it’s too big to send. You must be able to work with MATLAB image analysis. You must be happy to use watsapp as a means of communication. Payments will be made via freelancer. If you are selected we will have a call to discuss the project in more detail.
