Mini Sales CRM

T Sales is a simple sales CRM that lets you enter sales contacts and follow them up. You have one row for each named contact , there can be multiple rows for the same customer or organisation , for each row organisation name and the first name of the customer is mandatory (refer slide 1) . To create a new contact the + sign is to be used , which opens a contact form ( refer slide 2) all details of the new contact can be created and inserted here. In this page you can add the customer call details . You can select if the call is via phone , email, or chat. Call details need to be typed. In It has also an option to voice record * ( up to 2 minutes) the call details . The voice recording can be of the customer talking or self-recording the call details , this can be used as an alternative to be typing in the call details . You can make multiple recordings for example it can be named as Self 1 , Self 2 for the given date. Star mark represent optional features All call details which recorded , typed, or otherwise are registered by the system for the date . The system has a counter that displays the number of days since the last call. The number of days since the last call automatically get converted to weeks * after 7 days such as week 2 , week 3 , week 4 and so on. The number of days since the last call will convert to months * after 12 weeks as 3 months , 4 months and so on . The number of days since the last call will convert to Years * after 12 months and should only show 1 year and then 2 year and so on. Additionally, the user can also put in a date when he wants to call next (refer Slide 1) Rows on the main page shall be sorted based on the names of sales contact names (alphabetic order ) and based on date of creation , with records of the most recent creation being shown first. The user can see all his/her customers in a single row as shown below and in the main slide. • Organisation Name • Customer Name • Phone 1 • Phone 2 Extn • Designation • Product Type • City • Days Passed • Next Call This is a single snapshot view of the customer shown to the user. There are multiple such rows and at the end of each row we have a report button on pressing the report button by selecting the row , we go to the contact form , which one each for the organisation / Contact and enter details as shown in slide 2 and slide 3. The report button and the + button lead to the same customer contact page slide 2 and slide 3. The user can use the master button on the main page to go to the master Database , users can enter in product type and organisation type names in advance in a master database and these then get linked to the main page and can be selected by drop down . Those names do not present in the master database can be directly be entered by the user in the contact page ,this is to allow quick entries in the sales CRM. these names would be shown as an ** or some other symbol in the master database, once corrected , the correct name would reflect in the contact page. I need additional features like Industry Type *. Import Contacts * - User should be able to export their contacts for back up in .csv or excel. * ( Not sure) from the master database.
