Modify MySQL Trigger for Insert

Modify MySQL Trigger to fix the insert statement old and new values into event_log_track (Event Log Track is a Drupal module. Drupal version is 8. Must be able to complete the work in 1-2 days max. Must be able to work upon award. Note the MySQL trigger is developed it just needs a fix to the insert statement, the update statement is working and has been tested. So just the Insert section to fix.
