I have following questions after I go through your requirements: 1) Is shipping options you showed in Screenshot already implemented(which is manageable by admin)? Or that module needs to be done from scratch? 2) Are Shipping Rates to be applied based on Order or it is as per products in Order? 3) Regarding "personalization to products"(#2), will that be same fields for all products or it can be different per products?
