Hi, I have much experience in codeigniter. As far as security is concerned you don't need to worry, I'll begin with the wire frame. Once you seem to be clear with the requirements laid out in the wireframe we will proceed for the admin panel(dashboard). The Framework ill be using to develop your website will be Codeigniter.
