PHP Postgresql Developer Needed for simple opensource code

Next were looking for something a little bit more advanced yet very simple to establish We want to add a research tab where you can create a project by title name, next were looking for a way to use the same search code that we just talked about for the front-end on this page to find articles and a way to move this square box article around on this page its basically like a project management script where you can add a red line connecting related topic Project created.
