This is a cms based website for the sales of recharge numbers. It will be sent to the buyer through email and sms. There will be three types of users : buyers, sellers and administrator. Administrator adds sellers while buyers register themselves online through the site. Each seller uploads the recharge pins of a single telecommunication pin and when a buyer buys, the payment comes to the central admins account who after a defined time pays the seller and collects commission.
