Retainer Website Update & Maintenance Contract

Contract with Company & NDA to be signed Brief: Calling for vendor to execute problem solving and maintenance for WordPress website, on a retainer contract. Bidder should be a registered company with a team ready to resolve issues with our website within 24hrs or less, upon each request. Vendor is required to perform weekly checks and maintenance to ensure website is operational and reduce the risk of downtime due to outdated theme, plugin, space/bandwidth limit, to name a few. Vendor is required to perform webpage layout design according to provided design, webpage update according to provided resources in certain occasions. Specifications of website: Website is created on WordPress engine. Design interface is fulfilled by customized blocks primarily, and a mix of elementor, and other plugins. Former programmer built the website such that plugins should not be updated unless a problem arise. At the current stage, we have 23 plugins not updated, which means we run the risk of website becoming non-operational anytime. Key Functions within Site: - Woocommerce (payment gateway solution not activated) - Geolocation plugin showing SGD for viewers within Singapore, and USD for all other countries Situations that have happened till date: - layout of pages disrupted when plugin was updated. - Plugin outdated and led to website showing wrong pricing Scope of Service: 1) Website maintenance and Issue Resolving on an ad-hoc basis, upon request; may include communications with Godaddy on behalf of our company to resolve the issue. 2) Vendor to endeavor solving simple to intermediate issues within 24-hour. Reported Issue to be resolved within 24-hr, otherwise to be communicated to us. 3) Vendor to provide webpage design & updating service on an ad-hoc basis, which may include the following forseeable tasks; - creation of page according to jpeg design provided - activate woocommerce & payment gateway - insertion of google tagging code to website - and others. 4) Vendor to provide advise on necessary plugin/programming to achieve new objectives for the website; followed by implementing it to the website. (Ad-hoc basis) 5) Vendor to check health of the website on a weekly basis and provide a report. (Report details to be discussed). 5) Vendor to resolve impending issues discovered while executing the weekly check on website health. Kindly provide a quotation based on a retainer contractual rate for maintenance & helpdesk service, or retainer contract rate for maintenance & helpdesk service + ad-hoc requests. Implementation 1) A zoom/google meeting to further discuss into details on basis of reporting, categorize website issues and time-target for each category. 2) Upon confirmation, a temporary access credentials to be provided to vendor to study into the website's structure, plugins, blocks. 3) Vendor to confirm a full understanding of how the website is built, and suggest possible issues that may arise from it. 4) An access credential to be provided for vendor to execute the service. Service is to be billed and payable monthly.
