RFID retail inventory system Vis C++, C#, PHP

We are a retail store in Toronto Canada, and we are looking for a solution for checking our inventory in a much quicker fashion using RFID technology. We currently have RFID tags and an RFID reader (a usb handheld portable) as well as RFID antennas. - Inventory Control – ie reading tags on a daily basis, comparing inventory with previous inventory and determine sold and missing items. - Receiving of stock and adding RFID tags to database - selling off of product – ie deactivating tags, removing from database - Loss Prevention - Gate System – when an RFID tags passes our RFID gates, the alarm goes off. All of these are basic RFID processes and hopefully you will have the ability to work on it. We currently use PHPPOS which uses MySQL for the inventory database. This is a general overview of what we are looking for, however we will send you a detailed tech doc. Please indicate whether you are able to complete these types of functions. We do have a technical person here to assist you and provide feedback and support. We can also provide the SDK that came with the RFID reader, all documentation, specs, demo programs and sample tags. As far as testing goes, since we have the unit here and we have technical support available, any testing you require can be done immediately on request, we are able to receive and test software that you send us. Due to past issues with previous a website project, we require a milestone payment system provided by UpWork. Please remember we are available at all times for collaboration from 12pm to 10pm EST any day Monday to Friday, and possibly Saturday. If everything goes well, and all is good, we are willing to offer a small bonus payment for this project.
