Turn spreadsheet data into a beautiful designed PDF document.

I am looking for someone to build an online tool that simply lets a user upload a spreadsheet containing some data, and then this tool creates a 5 page PDF containing the data found in the spreadsheet. The PDF is a custom design, so therefore we can't just use normal online tools that allows you to make a simple conversion from a spreadsheet document into a pdf. My client has a sales team and these people work with Excel inserting data and numbers for specific customers of theirs. They then want to be able to present this data to their clients in an attractive PDF document. The spreadsheet is basically 90-100 rows and it has two columns, one showing the title and the second showing the number. The spreadsheets will be same format and columns and rows each time. It's just the data inside them that will be different. For example: Customer John Smith Total System Cost 106492 Total Rebates -28067.04 Out of Pocket to Customer 78424.96 Incentives Paid to Customer -27737.544 Net System Cost to Customer 50687.416 The PDF that needs to be generated will be 5 pages, and most of the stuff there is static, just the numbers and text information is different. But same look and amount of pages and style always.
