Update and Redesign of existing small website

If not, I will upgrade it to lowest compatible version. Move to second part , I will get you with new responsive layout so please send me your tentative ideas on that , also am ready to send you mockup for new look in one day, but I require to have your confirmation so that I can start work on that. It will be fully responsive. for third part, I will install all the features, I would like to suggest you some best components for all the mentioned features.. I am a Joomla Developer since 4 years and I am working full time for an Australian based IT company. I have upgraded many joomla sites from my experience I have suggestion for you. If you upgrade your site to joomla 3.4 we will definitely have to redesign the template according to new joomla version 3.4 and some of plugins, modules will not suppler for 3.4 version so suggestion is to you is we can create your site from beginning this will be more secure and really less bugs.
