Our Understanding of the Project 1) The look & feel of the site should be modernized. 2) The site should have multiple users’ login. 3) Ticketing module should be created. 4) Stripe payment gateway should be implemented. 5) Job order placed under tickets should be assigned automatically as per locations and the service centers. For example if someone is in GTA North as he fills his address, and if there are two vendors available there, then the job order will go to both the centers. When one center will accept the order, then the job will not be shown to the other vendor. 6) Whatsapp chat User 1 (Client) Role 1) User can update their profile 2) User can open and edit and update tickets. 3) User can pay and book services User 1 (Client) Dashboard 1) Payment Made Table 2) Ticket Table 3) Service Order Table User 2 (Admin) Role 1) Add, edit and delete users. 2) Add and update tickets. 3) Add, edit and delete services. 4) Add service centers which is type of user, under different locations. 5) Assign packages manually if automation does not work due to any reason. 6) Manual update of payment to the service centers after the job is done by them. 7) Edit, add and delete commission calculator module. 8) Admin should have the option to download all tables in CSV and PDF for further analysis. 9) Admin will have complete right to edit or add or delete questionnaire of the tickets. 10) Admin should have the right to offer rights& privilege to the users (vendors & clients) as per his wish.
