My project is a web-based invoicing and time tracking application with customizable features. Detail of features are: - Create, modify and view clients, quotations, invoices, payments and projects - Support recurring tasks, invoices and payment installment, petty cash handling - Automatic invoicing and reminders for overdue payments - Customizable invoicing templates - Reporting and analytics features to track time spent on various projects, performance (Cost vs Rev), sales by client, aging invoices, payment history, etc. - Time tracking with the ability to assign billable hours to specific projects and staff - Time tracking management - create, modify and approval. - General user login and account management (Staff & supervisors) - Role & Responsiblities setup, role assignment, access to functions by R&R - Approval workflow - Quotation, invoice, payment, client creation & modification - Customized PDF templates - 9 templates for quotation and invoices (templates are similar to other with minor changes only) - Data migration from existing application - (Optional) Staff Leave managemments (leave requests, holiday and approval) Reference: - Any past projects with similar requirements will be a big plus. Please share the url to your previous projects if possible. Platform: - The application should be web-based, accessible from any device with an internet connection. Timeline: - The project should be completed within 1-3 months. Number of employees: - The application will be used by a team of 11 - 20 employees. Technologies: - Web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with backend development using languages like PHP, Python or other modern technology proposal - DB prefers MySQL -The existing application is a Windows application and all data can be exported to migrate to the new application.
