WordPress Based Press Release Distribution Site

The site should be based on wordpress (as in use wordpress for font / backend handling). Free Press Release Distribution User can submit press release Components of release Title Summary Body Info box Contains name, email, phone, website url, etc iframe below release with website url Category Admin side View pending releases Edit releases Rate releases with “news score” (dropdown that contains 1-10) Approve releases (email sent to user upon approval) Email when new press release submitted Website side Automatically releases press releases on next release day after approval RSS feeds for entire site and a separate feed for each category Homepage displays title, date, and summary of press release Premalink of /month/day/this-is-the-release-title.(.php/html/.htm – doesnt matter) No need to be able to select payment or anything like that. Custom fields plugin may work, but Im not sure. A few more things may be added, but this should cover the bulk of it. Ideally, Id like it to be like [login to view URL] (minus local categories and payment). Thank you.
