WordPress Developer with strong knowledge

Hello Freelancers. I am in need of a good WordPress developer to work closely with me on some projects. He/she must have a strong knowledge and be able to respect deadlines. Must be able to speak english, both written and spoken. Must have clear code orientation and be able to explain what his work is about. More information to selected freelancers. A must: strong PHP/ jQuery/ MySql / Css / HTML / Java / - all inside WordPress - I AM NOT INTERESTED IN COMPANIES! If you are from India, Pakistan etc. you better have a very good and strong power of persuasion, as i have had only bad experience with these areas. - Price /hour will be later discussed.
