WordPress Expert for HTML to WordPress

Need an WordPress expert to convert our One-Page retina ready responsive HTML site to fully functional WordPress site. The site got a blog page and a single post page as well. Here is the HTML: [login to view URL] Your responsibilities: 1. Convert the HTML site to WP theme which is compatible with Latest WordPress version. All the standard pages like, search result page, archive page, category page, 404 page etc should be ready. For blog sidebar custom widgets should be developed. 2. Use FlexSlider in the Homepage. 3. Use Redux Framework for Theme-Options. 4. Unlimited Color Styles and Google fonts styles should be implemented in the Theme Options, so that we can create our custom color scheme for buttons, text, titles, icons, backgrounds etc and we can use different google fonts for h1,h2,h3,h4,h4,h6, paragraphs etc with only a few clicks! Furthermore 3 colored scheme (yellow, blue and green. Default is yellow) should be ready so that we can switch to 3 different color scheme with just one-click. 5. In the Theme-Options various other things should be there like: Options for Blog with left sidebar/Blog with right sidebar, Sticky menu/Hidden menu, Homepage with slider/Homepage with pattern image (instead of slider), Google analytic field, custom css field, one-click demo content import, theme-options import/export AND the basic things like logo, favicon, footer things etc. 5. Theme should be Translation-ready using .po/.mo files. 6. Theme should be compatible with WPML plugin with tested RTL support (for right to left languages) 7. MailChimp Integration 8. Contact Form 7 Integration 9. Visual Composer page builder should be implemented.
