Wordpress theme product images are not being resized within thumbnails

I'm using a Wordpress theme called Marketica that allows users to list their products for sale on our website. My issue is the featured product images users upload are not being resized with the thumbnails (on the homepage under 'latest products', under 'new items', and the product thumbnails on the 'shop' page). That causes enlarged thumbnail images that do not fit nicely within the thumbnail grid. I attached screenshots so you can see examples of what I'm talking about. Here is the Marketica theme demo: [login to view URL] This issue occurs mainly when a user uploads a Vertical/Tall product image, the product thumbnail enlarges outside of the thumbnail grid causing misalignment and the site looks bad. So the main issue is the product images are not being resized within the thumbnail correctly. I need a fix to make the product images automatically/dynamically resized nicely within the thumbnail. This should be a quick fix. Afterwards, I want you to tell me what you did or what code you removed, so I can do the same on my other few sites using the same theme. Thank you.

Hello, I have experienced the same problem before on an Ecomerce site that I made with wordpress. first thing you will need is to get a plugin called re-generate thumbnails. this will normally solve 95% of the resizing problems. the ones that do not get corrected automatically from the plugin will need to be looked at on a case by case basis. I will be happy to assist you with this for $15.00. I am more interested in getting a review than earning money at this point. I hope the information helps. Billy
