Zillow API Home Valuation Lead Capture

I am looking to make a landing page that I can run ads to tailored to different cities that would allow people to see the rough value of their homes using Zillow's home valuation API. The page will offer the visitor to check the Home Value by entering their Specific home address, and choosing the Get Zestimate or Get Comparables. Here is an example of how simple yet appealing it can be. [login to view URL] I would like to run it through Instapage if possible so I can create back end offers and fork out the leads to different real estate agents that I work with. Upon submission, the page needs to call the Zestimate API depending on what the visitor selected. Overview can be seen here [login to view URL] I still need to figure out how I would get a pop-over directly over the final results to where I can capture their information to "see your results". I may use Aweber's pop ups? Open to suggestions. So in short: a) Design a Home Value request page as a Instapage file so it can be duplicated if possible b) Pass the Address info to the Zillow API Call c) Display the results d) Somehow add the Popover code as part of the results page.
